Payments

• Cash On Delivery is available only in limited areas.

Cancellation Policy (Online Booking)

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Appointments cancelled less than 4 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
• For prepaid or discounted services, the amount may be forfeited if cancellation or rescheduling is not done within the stipulated time.
• Cancellations can be made directly through our website, booking link, or by contacting the respective Sarava location.
• Sarava reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a full refund or rescheduling option in such cases.
